Meet the Founder

Gyna Jones

Founder & Principal Consultant — Wild Buckwheat HR Consulting LLC

Before founding Wild BuckWheat HR Consulting, she built her foundation in roles where disciplined routines and clear processes are essential. She began as an ABA instructor supporting children with autism, using data to strengthen daily routines and put evidence-based practices into action.

She later stepped into leadership as a Director of a Visiting Center, strengthening the operating models that support safety, consistency, and a smooth experience for both staff and the public. With an MBA and a strong passion in organizational administration and operational design, she takes a systems-level view of how teams structure work aligning people, process, and accountability so execution is clear, repeatable, and scalable.

Over the years, she has worked in the day-to-day of high-volume operations across contact centers, enterprise teams, and healthcare-adjacent environments. In those roles, she saw how unclear documentation can slow execution and lead to inconsistent results. That experience led her to create Wild BuckWheat HR Consulting so organizations can implement practical, easy-to-follow documentation that strengthens outcomes and supports sustainable growth. Today, that same real-world lens helps teams build clear, consistent ways of working so leaders can stay aligned and scale with confidence.
